The challenge
The client came to us with a big idea and a short runway: a single home for the Turkish community in America. Not a simple forum, but a full platform — city and interest-based chat rooms, a classified-listings marketplace, paid professional services like lawyers and accountants, an in-app advertising system, and the social layer to tie it together, all live on iOS and Android.
The hard part was not any one feature. It was shipping all of them as one coherent product people would use daily, fast enough to matter. A community app is worthless empty, so speed to a launch that could hold real users was the whole game.
What we did
We built Amerika Cepte end to end in two months: product strategy, design, iOS and Android apps, backend, admin panel, and the advertising system behind it, run by a dedicated team assigned to the account.
We built it wide and deep at once: phone-based signup and authentication, real-time chat rooms, a classified marketplace, a paid-services directory, an in-app ad platform, AI-powered search, and a full gamification system to drive daily engagement, plus the moderator tools and admin panel needed to run a live community. We handled the complete launch on both stores, then kept building: notifications, a content-creator program, in-app landing pages, and new features shipped as real usage showed us where to push.
We ran it like operators, not contractors. We instrumented the app for live crash monitoring, moved the entire backend and database to a more suitable environment without downtime, and stayed on the daily issues that keep a fast-growing community stable. That is the work that separates launching an app from running one.
The result
Amerika Cepte went from an empty repository to a live, two-platform community app in two months, and has since grown to more than 40,000 users, over 20,000 of them active.
That active ratio is the number that matters. Around half of all users are active, and for a social product that is the hardest metric to earn and the clearest proof the thing works: people are not just downloading the app, they are living in it. The relationship did not stop at launch either. We moved straight into new phases — content creators, gamification, notifications, and more — shipping as the platform grew.
