The challenge
Lingy was live and working, but not growing the way it should. Good products stall all the time, not because the idea is wrong, but because nobody has done the unglamorous work of finding where users drop off and why. The app needed a growth engine, not a rebuild for its own sake.
What we did
We support Lingy on both development and growth, so we started where growth actually begins: the data.
After launch our first move was to set up proper tracking and study real user behavior, finding the friction points and the missed opportunities the app was leaving on the table. Once we had enough actionable insight, we built a focused growth plan and shipped a new version around it, targeting the exact places users were falling away and the store listing that decides who ever arrives. This was optimization driven by evidence, not by opinion.
The result
The data-led rebuild moved every number that matters. App Store impressions and downloads rose sharply, downloads climbing roughly 8x, the store conversion rate reached 59%, and revenue grew close to tenfold against the prior version.
